Sign in to Locus Pro with a password, a passkey, or a linked provider, and protect sensitive workspace changes with verification. This page is for every workspace member, and especially for owners and admins.

How it works

Your Locus identity can use several sign-in methods. Sensitive changes ask an owner or admin to verify again with MFA or a passkey before Locus applies them. Sensitive changes include creating keys and changing membership.

Choose a sign-in method

  • Password or passkey.
  • A linked provider: Google, GitHub, GitLab, or Ethereum, when configured.
Manage linked methods from Account security. Link an Ethereum wallet there before you use it to sign in. Wallet sign-in requests a message signature. It doesn’t authorize a transaction or access to funds.
Accounts with SMS or TOTP multi-factor authentication must use a password or passkey to complete sign-in.

Secure your workspace

  • Give each team member their own login and only the access they need. See Team and roles.
  • Disconnecting a sign-in method stops future sign-ins through it. To revoke existing sessions, change your password.
  • An owner or admin can rename the workspace under Settings → Workspace. Every member sees the new name.
  • To hand the workspace to another member, see ownership transfer.
