Your workspace pool is the prepaid balance your own calls draw from, and the source of any credits you allocate to customers. This page is for owners and admins who keep it funded.

How it works

You pay once through Stripe Checkout, and the credits land in your pool. That first top-up also saves your card, so auto-recharge can refill the pool whenever it drops below a threshold you choose.

Add credits

1

Open Billing

Sign in as an owner or admin and open Billing → Credits.
2

Choose an amount

Select Add credits and choose an amount. The minimum top-up is $5.
3

Pay

Complete Stripe Checkout. When you return, the dashboard confirms the top-up once the credits are in your balance.
Your server can also create a checkout link. A browser redirect alone doesn’t confirm payment: wait until the credits appear in the balance or a top-up-completed webhook arrives.

Volume bonuses

Eligible enterprise pool top-ups include promotional credits: Personal and customer top-ups don’t earn volume bonuses. A top-up quote shows the current total, including any bonus and processing fee.

Card processing fees

Choose whether buyers pay the card processing fee or your workspace absorbs it. Show buyers the quote so they see the exact credits, fee, and total before they pay.

Turn on auto-recharge

1

Make one manual top-up

This saves a reusable payment method. Auto-recharge charges the card from your last top-up.
2

Set the threshold and amount

Under Billing → Credits, set the balance threshold and the refill amount. Complete MFA or passkey verification when prompted.
If the saved card fails, the dashboard alerts you. Calls continue while enough credits remain.
