Workflows let you save a process and run it again with new inputs. Your agent builds it, Locus runs it, and you can review the results and cost in the dashboard. Use a Workflow to qualify a list of companies, turn research into a consistent report, or process new records using the same rules each time. It can combine Tools and Recipes, filter results, and produce a file for you to use.

Create your first Workflow

Ask your connected agent to build one:

Include your input, desired output, decision rules, and spending limit. Your agent handles the code and validation through your existing Locus connection.

From draft to a repeatable run

1

Build and test

Your agent creates the Workflow and tests its logic with sample data. These checks do not call paid providers.
2

Save and try live data

Save a version, then run a small pilot with a credit limit. Review the output before processing the full list.
3

Run it again

Use the saved version with new inputs and a budget. Later edits create a new version, so you can keep using the process you tested.

Review results and spending

Open Workflows to see run status, results, tool calls, errors, and credits charged. Workflows use your existing balance and approved tools. You can cancel a run to stop further calls. Completed work remains charged. Your agent can inspect an interrupted run and resume it when supported.
Create and edit Workflows through your agent. Saving one does not schedule it; start each run when you need it.
For a single research or enrichment task, try a Recipe. A Workflow adds your own rules and makes the process reusable.
