# Enterprise agreements

> Standard Enterprise Custom terms, how the monthly platform fee is calculated, and how agreements relate to prepaid usage.

An Enterprise Custom agreement is a signed contract for larger commitments, higher throughput, or procurement needs. This page explains the standard terms so finance and procurement teams can see how the platform fee works.

> Agents: the exact contract for this feature is at [https://paywithlocus.com/agent/billing.md](https://paywithlocus.com/agent/billing.md). Start from [https://paywithlocus.com/agent/index.md](https://paywithlocus.com/agent/index.md) if you are implementing Locus.

## How it works

Under the standard terms, an agreement adds a monthly platform fee on top of your prepaid usage. Hosted tool calls still use catalog prices and draw from your prepaid balances; agreement invoices are separate from those balances.

  Usage --> Gross["Gross fee: greater of the usage fee or the monthly minimum"]

  Credit --> Fee["Monthly platform fee"]
```
Contact Locus to start an agreement. A workspace with a signed agreement, or a subscription managed by Locus, keeps those terms and can't use plan checkout; contact Locus to switch without overlapping charges. **Settings → Plan** shows your agreement.
## Standard terms
Unless your Order Form says otherwise:
| Item | Standard terms |
| - | - |
| Pilot | 8 weeks for \$15,000, plus hosted API usage and processing costs |
| Production | 12 months with a \$60,000 annual commitment |
| Monthly platform fee | The greater of the \$5,000 minimum or the usage fee |
| Payment terms | Net 30 |
## How the usage fee is calculated
The usage fee applies marginally to your monthly provider-cost basis:
| Monthly provider-cost band | Rate |
| - | -: |
| First \$100,000 | 5% |
| Next \$400,000 | 4% |
| Above \$500,000 | 3% |
For example, \$500,000 of provider-cost basis produces a \$21,000 gross platform fee: \$5,000 on the first band plus \$16,000 on the second. The monthly minimum is part of that comparison, not added on top.
* Any Locus service component already in catalog prices is credited against the month's gross fee, up to that fee.
* Your customer markup, processing fees, taxes, and separately contracted add-ons are excluded from the basis.
## Recurring credit subscriptions
Some agreements include a monthly credit allowance, credited to your workspace pool as promotional credits. **Settings → Plan** shows the amount and the next allocation. Contact your Locus representative to change it. Card top-ups, auto-recharge, and the platform-fee commitment stay separate.
