# Card purchases

> Let your agent buy online with your own Visa card, with your approval on every charge.

Verify your own Visa debit or credit card, and your agent can use it to buy things online. You approve every charge, and your agent then receives single-use card details for that purchase.

## How it works

## Add a card

**1. Open Cards**

In the [dashboard](https://app.paywithlocus.com), open **Services → Cards**. You can also add a card during the [quickstart](https://docs.paywithlocus.com/quickstart.md).

**2. Verify your card**

Verify a Visa debit or credit card for your agent.

**3. Block merchant categories (optional)**

Choose merchant categories you don't want this card used for.
